HANDCRAFTED EXPERIENTIAL SAFARIS

Trust us to find you the rarest animals, the most spectacular wildlife events, the remotest landscapes and deeply meaningful cultural encounters!

This connoisseur safari is all about rare, endemic Madagascan wildlife, fascinating local culture and unusual scenery in off-the-beaten-path locations accessed via scheduled charter flights.

Visit the Ifotaka Community Forest in the remote southeast of Madagascar to immerse yourself in the rich culture of the Antandroy tribe and explore the spiny forests in search of Verreaux’s sifaka, white-footed sportive lemurs and other fascinating wildlife. Then, on to the bizarre tsingy landscapes of Namoroka National Park in the equally isolated northwest, in search of 10 species of lemurs, flying foxes, tenrecs, fossa, aye-aye and more.

This itinerary pairs well with Expedition Blue Lagoon

Handcrafted experiential safaris since 1991.

Travel in Africa is about knowing when and where to go, and with whom. A few weeks too early/late or a few kilometres off course, and you could miss the greatest show on Earth. And wouldn’t that be a pity?
